Industry Pre-Conference Day Offerings

Two pre-conference sessions for the financial services industry are available as either an add on to your conference registration or a standalone event. 

Both sessions are hosted by Bobbie Culpepper and include representatives from the NMLS Call Center to work one-on-one with attendees.

Each session is $150, or you can purchase a package of both sessions for $225.

NMLS Basics

Offered 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., includes breakfast starting at 8 a.m.

Would you like to know more about NMLS? Do you have specific questions you would like to have answered? Would you like an opportunity to become an NMLS star?

If your answer is ‘Yes!’ to these questions, then the NMLS Basics Program is for you! The NMLS Basics Program is centered on the NMLS features that state-licensed company users need to apply for and maintain their licenses. 

It includes topics on:

• NMLS navigation,
• successful completion of the MU1 and the MU2 forms, 
• an overview of Electronic Surety Bonds (ESB) and Financial Statements focusing on successfully submitting initial ESB and Financial Statements, as well as completing annual Financial Statement requirements.

Mortgage Call Report Deep Dive

Offered 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., includes lunch starting at 12 p.m.

Take a deep dive into the Mortgage Call Report (MCR) with a practical walkthrough focused on report completion. Hosted by Bobbie Culpepper and NMLS Call Center representatives, this session will cover key reporting requirements, common challenges, and practical guidance to help mortgage companies complete the MCR accurately and efficiently.
