In Conjunction With (ICW) Events
CSBS invites you to host an event in conjunction with the NMLS Conference in San Diego this February. The request form must be completed for every event or meeting held throughout the conference. CSBS reserves the right to request time changes if the event or meeting conflicts with official NMLS programming.
Our goal is to allow attendees to have the ability to attend the education occurring during the conference, while also having the option to attend meetings and special events during non-conference hours. To ensure that events do not conflict with the proposed schedule, events cannot occur during the following times.
Monday, February 8: No restrictions. .
Tuesday, February 9: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. AND 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
* Tuesday is Regulator only day and Industry Preconference Day. Restriction applies only to Regulator facing events. Industry Preconference Day will have an attendance capacity.
Wednesday, February 10: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday, February 11: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday, February 12: 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Hosts are responsible for:
- Managing the invitation, registration, and/or waitlists
- Communication with the attendees leading up to the event
- Transportation cost, if applicable
- Food and beverage expenses, if applicable
- Audio and visual expenses, if applicable
To avoid confusion about who is hosting the event, please refrain from using "NMLS" or "NMLS Conference" in the event name. However, for marketing purposes, events may use the phrase "in conjunction with the 2027 NMLS Annual Conference & Training." You may not use the NMLS logo without permission.
CSBS collects this information to have a better sense of where our attendees are throughout the conference.
