Located in the heart of San Diego's premier life science hub in Sorrento Mesa, 4930 Directors Place is a newly developed, Class A research and laboratory facility designed specifically for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The five-story, approximately 150,000-square-foot building was completed in 2022 and is part of Healthpeak Properties' Directors Science Park campus. The property features modern laboratory infrastructure, collaborative workspaces, outdoor terraces, an on-site fitness center, and the ALTA Café, creating an amenity-rich environment for researchers and industry professionals.

The building sits within one of the nation's most concentrated biotech corridors, surrounded by leading research organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and innovative startups. Its proximity to UC San Diego, the Torrey Pines research community, and numerous life science companies makes it an ideal location for scientific collaboration and networking.

Current tenants include Kura Oncology, Inc., a clinical-stage precision medicine company focused on developing targeted cancer therapies and neighboring biotechnology and pharmaceutical labs including Mapp Biopharmaceutical Inc and Levena Biopharma.

This event includes a table at our venue, promotion of the event and detailed logistics 48-72 hours before the event giving you the specific location of the event and all instructions needed to conveniently arrive day of event, unload and set up for the successful promotion of your products and brand. We are an extension of your sales team, working months ahead so you can just show up and sell!

Included in every event is our unique electronic marketing, where your logo and description of your offering is prominently displayed and hyperlinked to the page of your website you choose (we recommend a promo page) or to your own email address for advance visibility. We send out to our own list serv of the institution, curated often over years and up to date, and often sent to the institution list serv by our contact or other champion.

Being on site in or near the labs is the single most efficient way of reaching your customer. Cold calling is inefficient and expensive. In one 90 minute to 2 hour event expect better results than a week or two of cold calling.
