Get a taste of Chef Yun’s McDonald’s remixed menu with a Caribbean flair: an Egg McMuffin® layered with fried Dominican salami, queso frito and avocado purée; Chicken McNuggets® with a flight of Puerto Rican-inspired sauces, including pineapple pique, key lime mojo and guava mayo; and a Baked Apple Pie finished with dulce de leche and fresh mint.

What is Chef’s Caribe Remix?
Chef’s Caribe Remix is a one-night immersive fan experience where Chef Yun Fuentes puts his Puerto Rican sazón on three McDonald’s favorites. It celebrates the 1 in 8 Americans who have worked at McDonald’s and the skills that open doors to paths in food, entrepreneurship and beyond.

Who is Chef Yun Fuentes?
Chef Yun is a James Beard Award semifinalist and the chef behind Bolo in Philadelphia, a restaurant honoring his grandfather, a chef in San Juan. His culinary journey began at a McDonald’s in Puerto Rico.

When and where is the event?
Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lighthouse BK, 145 Borinquen Place, Brooklyn.

Do I need to RSVP?
Yes. Space is limited. Guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is the event free?
Yes. The event and menu tasting are free.

Can I bring a guest?
Each RSVP admits one guest and a plus one

Is there an age requirement?
The event is open to guests of ages 16 and up. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Menu items contain common allergens, including eggs, milk, wheat and pork. Please speak with a team member on-site before tasting.

Will the remixed menu be available at McDonald’s restaurants?
No. The Chef’s Caribe Remix menu is exclusive to this event. Fans can recreate the dishes at home with Chef Yun’s recipe cards, available at the event and on Chef Yun’s Instagram following the event.
