ChemStation Institute: Food Safety and Sanitation Summit (CSI) is back again. This year will feature talks about spoilage organism investigations in food manufacturing facilities and our popular Find it, Formulate it, Fix it workshop. An optional pre-conference Internal Food Safety Auditor training will be held before the summit begins to focus on developing a robust Internal Food Safety Audit program.

ACCOMMODATIONS
A room block has been reserved at Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel. 5300 N. River Road in Rosemont, IL 60018.
Room reservations can be made through the event registration process. Our discounted group room rate is $219 + tax per room / per night. For 3 days prior / post conference dates based on availability. Check-in begins at 3 PM (CST) and check-out ends at 12 PM (CST).
Reservations can be modified or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to check in. To modify or cancel your reservation, visit the conference website.
Cancellations within 72 HOURS of CHECK-IN will incur a no-show fee equal to one night’s room and tax. You will receive an invoice for this fee.
NOTE:
- Registration fee payment due upon completion of registration process
- A credit card will be required at time of hotel check-in for incidentals and / or payment of your hotel room. For pre-payment options contact Lori Lombardi Ryan @ LLR@ocmg.net
- Any cancellations to registrations on or by Friday, September 25, will incur a cancellation fee of $250. However, attendee substitutions are allowed with no penalty up to Wednesday, October 14.

PARKING INFORMATION
Self and Valet parking is available at the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel. Self-parking is approximately $44 per night with in-and-out privileges. The hotel provides a 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to O'Hare International Airport, with pick-up at Terminal 2 on the lower level. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
