Active Employer Report
This report provides a full listing of all active employers.
Employer Scorecard Report
The dashboard provides an overall visual summary of how each ER is meeting specific plan obligations. The dashboard allows you to compare data for a specific employer data across all other HOOPP employers or compared data across specific employer groupings sizes.
From this report, you can also access:
Scorecard summary datatable - provides the total number of flagged items or the ability to view summarized data associated to a specific employer or group of employers
Late enrolments datatable - identifies the number of member enrolments for each employer that were reported to HOOPP more than 30 days after the member’s enrolment date and will also identify financial impact due to HOOPP re-cooping for missed contributions with interest
Late events datatable - identifies the number of member events (Retirement Notices, Terminations, Deaths Before Retirement) for each employer that were reported late to HOOPP
Late leave of absence datatable - identifies the number of non-contributory leaves that have been reported late by the Employer. The leave is reported late if the leave update was made for a completed MDC year (i.e. historical leave reporting)
Extended leave of absences datatable - identifies the number of members at each employer that have open-ended leaves that exceed HOOPP’s reasonably acceptable leave length (exceeds 52 weeks or 104 weeks based on leave type, see glossary for additional details)
Part-time members no contributions datatable - identifies the set of number of part-time members at each employer that have not made contributions to the plan as part time member for an extended period of time. This will also flag part-time members that have not made contributions for two consecutive MDC years
Active Employer Contacts Report
This report provides a full listing of active employer contacts at the adminstrative level from Insight.
Annual Reconciliation Report
This report provides the status of the annual reconciliation process for the Member Data Collection (MDC) year that is currently being processed.
This report identifies the MDC status of the HOOPP employers that are eligible for the MDC process, the submission status of MDC eligible member data, and the status of the Statement Of Account (SOA) for each MDC eligible ER.
Terminated and Re-Enrolled Member Report
This report provides data of Members terminated within one year prior to their re-enrollment (on or after March 15th, 2021) at the same employer.
Employer & Member Event Registration Report
This report will display the number of registrants and attendees for all employer and member events. This report will also show historical registration and attendee numbers.
HC086 Invalid Basic Salary Reported for the Year of Enrolment
Identifies members with an invalid basic salary that was reported during enrolment. This report will identify members that have a reported basic salary (for years greater 2021) that is below a specific threshold, above a specific threshold, missing, or has a variance (above/below the acceptable tolerance) between the reported basic salary and the calculated AF for ear of enrolment.
