This week-long advanced workshop is designed for experienced technologists, lab leads, and field specialists aiming to refine their proficiency with the Transplant Diagnostics HLA Portfolio and One Lambda Assays. Participants will work through complex datasets, troubleshooting workflows, and case-based analyses to strengthen assay interpretation and problem-solving accuracy. The curriculum also highlights emerging methodologies and best-practice implementation to support precise, data-driven decision-making in both research and clinical environments.
Program Objectives:
- Provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the assay principle, assay workflow of the One Lambda and transplant solutions portfolio.
- Augment the participants' technical knowledge on software utilized to analyze data sets from the corresponding assays in scope of the program.
- Equip participants with necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize these products for research and clinical applications, analyze assay run metrics and troubleshoot commonly encountered issues.
- Familiarize participants with complex data sets through field case studies to enhance their technical analysis and workflow techniques. Demonstrate the utility of these assays in pre- and post-transplantation.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement best practices for utilization of these assays.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to understand the utility, benefits, and implementation of additional transplant diagnostics tools as alternative approach for assessing donor-recipient compatibility.
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate understanding of assay principle and applications of One Lambda AllType™ and One Lambda AllType™ FASTplex™, One Lambda HybriType, One Lambda AllType™ Rapid, One Lambda LABType™, One Lambda LABScreen™, and One Lambda HistoTrac Products.
- Identify assay critical steps within One Lambda AllType and One Lambda AllType FASTplex, One Lambda HybriType, One Lambda AllType Rapid, One Lambda LABType, and One Lambda LABScreen products.
- Configure analysis settings in One Lambda TypeStream™ Visual 3.2, One Lambda HLA Fusion™ 4.7.1 to improve data analysis flow and reporting.
- Utilize additional software features and functions in One Lambda TypeStream™ Visual 3.2, One Lambda HLA Fusion™ 4.7.1 software to analyze and interpret complex datasets
- Troubleshoot commonly encountered issues through analysis of run metrics and understanding of critical steps of assays.
- Implement lab best practices for refinement of routine use of these assays that provide effective and standardized testing in the lab.
- Gain the skills necessary to evaluate and implement utility of alternative transplant diagnostics tools and integrate them into routine lab practice.
