2027 Maker Educator Leadership Certificate Program

Program Dates
*Each module will have three synchronous sessions, dates and times TBD.

January-March: Foundations of Maker-based Education

March-May: Assessment, Instructional Design, and Routines

May–July: Culture Building with Colleagues

September-November: Hands-on Practicum

Through the Maker Educator Leadership Certificate Program, classroom teachers and informal educators (e.g., museum, library, and after-school educators) engage in making, conversations and job-embedded professional development to ground their maker-based learning experiences in evidence of student learning and engagement.

The registration fee can be paid in installments over the course of the program. Email conferences@education.wisc.edu for more information about paying in installments.
