Attendees are responsible for all travel and hotel expenses, including guest room rate, tax, and any incidentals upon check out from the hotel.

Please reserve your air arrangements through the Sandoz internal booking process.

Ground transportation

Your transfer from Istanbul Airport to the Grand Tarabya Hotel will be arranged through our event organizers. Please book your flight early and provide your flight details via the online registration form in order to ensure a smooth transition from your flight to the hotel.
