Your involvement in the Chapter’s activities and governance is important to us and deeply appreciated. As a valued member of our Chapter, we invite you to join our virtual Annual Members Business Meeting where we will share the Chapter’s financial results for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2026.

Time: 12:00 – 12:30 pm Eastern Time
Location: Virtual
During the meeting, we will present the Chapter’s audited financial statements and the external auditor’s report, with time for questions and discussion. We will share the financial statements and supporting materials in advance, so you have time to review them, along with instructions for joining the meeting.
This meeting is dedicated to annual financial reporting and is separate from our spring Annual General Meeting (AGM), which covers elections of new Governors and Executives and other Chapter governance matters. This structure aligns the timing of the Chapter’s annual financial reporting with the applicable requirements of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA).
