The North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians (NCAFP) invites you to showcase your products and services at the 2026 Winter Family Physicians Exhibit Hall during our Winter Family Physicians Weekend.
This premier event attracts over 600-650 family physicians, residents, and medical students from across the state and beyond, providing an exceptional opportunity to connect with key decision-makers in primary care.
Vendor Registration Process: Due to the high volume of vendor requests, all registrations received for the Exhibit Hall are considered as pending. If your registration is accepted, you will then receive an official confirmation email, and your payment will be processed accordingly. The NCAFP reserves the right to exercise in its sole discretion the acceptance or refusal of any exhibitor registrations. Thank you for your understanding. All registrations will be timely reviewed*.
Exhibit hall participation is limited to organizations whose products and services support the clinical and educational needs of family physicians. We do not accept exhibitors that primarily focus on aesthetic medicine, medical spas, cosmetic lasers, or other purely cosmetic products and services.

Attendees of the Winter Family Physicians Weekend are family physicians, residents, medical students, and other allied health partners. The majority are from NC with many others joining us from SC, TN, VA, GA, FL, PA, and other nearby states.

*Sponsorships and exhibit hall registration are separate opportunities. Sponsorships offer enhanced marketing, recognition, and engagement benefits throughout the conference, while exhibit hall registration is reserved for companies wishing only to exhibit. Some sponsorships include exhibitor-related benefits, but not all do.
