If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. Contact Kathryn Atkinson (Katkinson@ncafp.com) if you still cannot locate it.
#2 Most Popular Question:

You must be a registered conference attendee to book within the NCAFP room block. Your confirmation email will include links to reserve rooms at the Omni Grove Park Inn (host hotel) and overflow properties.

What happens if the Grove Park Inn sells out?

Yes. Rooms occasionally become available due to cancellations. A waiting list link is included in your confirmation email.
Is there complimentary shuttle service between the GPI and the overflow properties?
Yes. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Grove Park Inn and the Embassy Suites and DoubleTree for conference attendees. A daily schedule will be provided.
