Reservations made in advance and outside the NCAFP’s block WILL NOT be moved into the block or adjusted to match the NCAFP’s contracted rate. The hotel’s quoted rate will apply to your reservation. With the record-breaking early registrations and higher turnout each year, it’s just not possible for us to accommodate such requests.
