Can I get the group or early bird price after I paid?No. Discounts cannot be added after payment.
I need a receipt with names.Click "Already registered?" in the top right to download one, or contact us and we will send itemized receipts.

I set up our group. Why am I not registered?The Group Manager only buys the group packages. To attend, assign one package to yourself.
My code expired.Codes last 24 hours. Click "Manage Your Group" and enter your email to get a new one.
A link is asking my attendee to pay full price.Stop and contact us before paying so no one is charged twice.
How do I get nursing CEs at the conference?Choose a registration package type that ends in "with CE Credits."

Can someone go in my place?Yes, anytime before the conference. Click "Already registered?" and choose Transfer Registration.
Can I get a refund?Cancel by August 6, 2027 for a 50% refund. After that there are no refunds, but you can still transfer your registration to someone else.
Can I transfer my registration to next year?No. Registrations cannot be transferred to a future conference.

Which hotel do I book?Either one. The Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street are both $185 a night and connect by an indoor skybridge.
Where is my hotel link?In your registration confirmation email. Book by August 9, 2027 to get the conference rate.
How do I change or cancel my room?Use the link in your Marriott confirmation. Cancel more than 5 days before arrival to avoid a one-night charge.
Is there a shuttle to and from Tampa International Airport?No. We recommend a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft.

How do I get CE at the conference?Choose a registration package type that ends in "with CE Credits."
Where is my certificate?It is emailed within 30 days after the conference ends. Check spam first, then send us your confirmation number.
Is the online CE link for my conference certificate?No. Online CE is a separate year-round program.

How do I pick a booth?Booths are first come, first served in the Exhibitor Portal.
How do I add booth staff?In the Exhibitor Portal under "Teams." If your old registration keeps loading, log out of the main site first.
When is setup, and where do I ship my materials?Setup times and the hotel shipping address will be posted in the exhibitor guide closer to the conference. Please wait for that address before shipping anything.

Where are the session handouts?Attendee Hub > Schedule > My Schedule > pick a session > Resources.
Can I buy recordings?Yes. Breakouts, devotions and worship are recorded. Ordering details will be posted closer to the conference.
Where are the photos?They will be posted by September 22, 2027 in our conference photo folder.
