MWCEA has secured a block of rooms at The Beau Rivage Hotel & Casino.
*The discounted rate ends March 8, 2027, or when the room block sells out.

Any reservations at the group rate made after that date are subject to availability.
Any changes to reservations by attendees need to be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to not incur any fees.

If you are driving to the conference, the Beau Rivage offers complimentary self-parking and valet parking.

• Standard Room: $164 USD per night

Guaranteed Room Types: To guarantee a room type guests must call 888-567-6667 to book a specific room:

• Guaranteed King Bed: $174 USD per night
• Guaranteed Queen Beds: $184 USD per night
• Guaranteed Gulf View King: $184 USD per night
• Guaranteed Gulf View Queen: $204 USD per night
