Navigate by Task, not Menu
Many CredentialStream users know where things live—but still lose time clicking, toggling, and retracing steps throughout the day. This session helps users shift from menu-based navigation to task-based work, making CredentialStream faster, easier, and more intuitive to use.

Attendees will learn how to organize their daily work around repeatable tasks rather than screens, using saved views, Quick Views, and filters to surface exactly what needs attention. The session translates common menu paths into simple, memorable “task macros” that users can rely on throughout the day.

By the end of the session, attendees will have a personalized “My Day in CredentialStream” setup that reduces hunting, minimizes context switching, and supports consistent, efficient daily execution.

9:15 AM

Quick Views, Filters & Presets-Do it Once, Use it 100x
Rebuilding the same searches over and over slows work and creates inconsistency across teams. This session focuses on how reusable Quick Views, filters, and presets enable task‑based navigation, helping users standardize how work is queued, viewed, and completed. Attendees will learn practical approaches to designing and sharing saved views that reduce daily friction, save time, and create a more consistent way of working across roles.
