There is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning or LMS governance, but a clear governance strategy is essential for long-term success. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore key sections of the governance workbook, share real-world examples, and discuss practical recommendations from HealthStream and peers to help organizations build or strengthen effective governance practices. The session will focus on key areas such as data, assignments, and student group management.
