NYISO PowerGADS Portal Training

ABOUT

PowerGADS is a web-based application used by Market Participants to submit Generating Availability Data System (GADS) data to NYISO. This eLearning module will walk the user through how to use and access the portal. The topics covered will include navigation of the portal, data upload process for NYISO GADS data, accessing historical information, and available reports. 

This eLearning module is also available as Chapter 5 of the GADS Training eLearning suite which offers a comprehensive review of GADS data and submission as used under NYISO rules.  

Mission Statement

The Market Training team’s mission is to provide NYISO market and project implementation training and education to stakeholders and NYISO employees, for the purpose of supporting the NYISO’s mission to serve the public interest and provide benefit to consumers.
