Reprints of Training Documentation

- For reprints we ship FedEx Overnight whenever possible, which means the documents are deposited with FedEx on Monday for delivery by Tuesday.
- Recently all carriers are having delivery delays due to Covid-19. Please plan accordingly.
- You must complete this purchase before noon EST on Friday to ensure that your documents can be processed timely.
- You must have a discount code from our office before purchasing. Failure to use the discount code results in a higher fee which will not be refunded. The reason for the code is to ensure that the individual requesting the reprint is a confirmed prior student.
- After completing this purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
- To complete the next step you will need to click the link and enter the information into the document processing system. This is for two reasons. One is to verify all your current personal contact information and, two, for security to assure no one is fraudently attempting to get a document.
