Want to keep up with your fitness goals and not miss a workout? Take advantage of the free weights, indoor running track, or state of the art machines (including 3 Peloton bikes!) all available for your use this weekend. Pick up your pass at Check-In.

9 - 10a.m. | FITNESS CLASS FOR PARENTS & FAMILY MEMBERS (Ages 17+)

Move your body; energize your mind. This session will warm up your muscles and guide you through a mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises. This class is appropriate for all levels; no experience or registration required. Sneakers, a must!

Return to the SB Union for breakfast and create a special Care Package for your student and a Postcard or two for them to appreciate long after you’ve returned home. 

12p.m. | THE SPIRIT OF STONY BROOK SEND-OFF
SB Union Patio
A special performance of the Stony Brook Concert Marching Band will be held at noon to foster a strong sense of pride, tradition and enthusiasm for Stony Brook University as our Family Weekend winds down.

12 - 3p.m. | BEYOND THE BROOK: OPEN SKATE WITH MEN’S CLUB HOCKEY TEAMS
The Rinx in Hauppauge
Come skate with our Men’s Club Hockey teams at their local rink! Whether you're a figure skater or a hockey player of any skill level, members of the teams will be on the ice to skate alongside you. Separate registration fee is required on site: adults $13; kids <11 $11; rentals $7.

In the spirit of Seawolves Helping Seawolves, we welcome contributions to our on-campus support services, like our Seawolf Food Pantry and the Career Center Closet.  We are currently accepting non-perishable food, basic toiletries, and professional attire such as jackets, pants and dresses. Your generosity helps ensure all students have equitable access to the essentials they need to thrive.  Other opportunities for giving will also be available on site.
