This morning’s breakfast will feature the Annual Meeting Opening Ceremony where the posting of the colors, pledge of allegiance, national anthem, and official welcome from CSG West Chair, Senator Todd Weiler, kick-off meeting activities.

Trip to the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium

The Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is home to more than 5,600 animals and offers one of Utah’s most memorable experiences. Guests can walk through a 40‑foot underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks, sea turtles, and stingrays in the Aquarium’s 300,000‑gallon habitat. Visitors can also explore the new Sam & Aline Skaggs Science Learning Center, an expansion that makes the Aquarium the fifth‑largest in the nation.

Tour of the Utah State Capitol & North Capitol Building Museum

The Utah State Capitol is more than just a beautiful landmark, it’s where Utah’s leaders make decisions that shape our state. It’s home to the Governor and Lieutenant Governor, the Attorney General, the State Auditor and the entire Utah State Legislature. You’ll stand on the floors of both the House and Senate chambers, visit the historic former Utah Supreme Court room and see areas most visitors never get to experience.

Inside the Museum of Utah, you’ll find world-class exhibits that highlight our state’s history, culture and art. The museum houses more than 30,000 artifacts, with 950 items currently on display. Highlights include a replica of the Golden Spike–symbolizing the completion of the first transcontinental railroad right here in Utah–the cowboy outfit worn by Michael J. Fox in Back to the Future Part III, and the iconic hot rod Mormon Meteor III.

The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square Rehearsal

The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square is a world-renowned music ensemble that has performed across the globe–from multiple World’s Fairs and Expositions to U.S. presidential inaugurations and national broadcasts. Dedicated to the universal language of music, the Choir seeks to inspire joy, peace and connection, bringing together audiences of all backgrounds through powerful, uplifting performances.

Temple Square Visitors’ Center Tour

After years of construction, the new Temple Square Visitor’s Center is now open, offering a brief overview of the beliefs of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the central role of Jesus Christ and the purpose of LDS temples. Through interactive exhibits, reflective spaces and a permanent replica of temple rooms, visitors can gain a deeper understanding in an engaging, contemplative setting.
