Registration Rates
Student Summit Fee $95
Undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students
Early Summit Fee $275
Registered on or before January 31, 2027
Late Summit Registration Fee $325
Registered February 1–March 19, 2027
Onsite Summit Registration Fee $375
Registered March 20, 2027 or later
Refund Policy
Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations received on or before January 31, 2027 will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Partial Refund Deadline: Cancellations received between Feb 1 – February 28, 2027 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after March 1, 2027, due to event commitments.
No-Show Policy: Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled within the timeframe stated will be responsible for the full registration fee and cannot dispute a refund.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be received via email (FSI-Info@ufl.edu).
Sponsorships & Exhibitors: Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
