This webinar will include the basics on how to use the Claims Processing PWK Fax Cover Sheet and when it should be sent in. Please note that the information provided pertains specifically to JJ providers, as they are the primary users of this form. While you are welcome to review the content, it has been tailored to address the needs and usage patterns of JJ providers.
