IMPORTANT DATES

The 20th Singapore Public Health & Occupational Medicine Conference invites the submission of abstracts for oral presentations. Please adhere to the instructions below for the submission of your abstract.

REMINDERS

1. The presenting author is responsible for submitting the abstract. Each presenting author may submit up to three abstracts.
2. Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent for their accepted  abstract to be presented during the conference.
3. Once the review process is complete, presenting authors will receive a notification of acceptance.
4. ⁠Accepted abstracts will be scheduled and included in the conference programme.
5. ⁠All presenting authors must be paid registrants of the conference by 20 July 2026. Those who have not completed their registration by this deadline will be excluded from the programme.

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. All abstracts must be submitted using the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM below and emailed to phom2026@ams.edu.sg no later than 12 June 2026. Only abstracts submitted via email will be accepted.
2. Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.
3. The abstract text is limited to 250 words. The abstract title, author(s), and institution names are not included in the word count.
4. ⁠References are optional and may be formatted in an abbreviated style (e.g., Name et al. Journal 2009;63:93-101).
5. Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in the abstract.
6. The conference secretariat will send an acknowledgment email to the presenting author’s registered email address upon submission. If you do not receive an acknowledgment of receipt, please contact the secretariat.
