Admission

Unless otherwise noted, sessions in each HFA Institute module are open to registered NCSHA members and nonmembers.

Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to sessions, meals, receptions, and other networking events applicable to your registration category.

NCSHA Membership Categories

• HFA Member: Any of the 54 state housing finance agencies, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and New York City. State HFA and Associate Member Directory
• Associate Member: A state agency that allocates the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit and is not an HFA. State HFA and Associate Member Directory
• Affiliate Member: An organization participating in housing assistance programs or with the activities of state housing finance agencies. Affiliate Member Directory

Registration Fees for all Four Modules
6-Day Pass

Attend all four HFA Institute modules for the price of three! Attend sessions in any module throughout the week as your schedule allows. To take advantage of the six-day pass, email registration@ncsha.org. This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Policies

Substitutions

If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may send a substitute from your organization at no additional charge. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the substitute’s registration. Substitutions are allowed at any time and must be requested in writing by emailing registration@ncsha.org.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@ncsha.org by Friday, December 18, to receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, December 18, or for registrants who do not attend the event.

Speaker Registration

NCSHA requires that all speakers and discussion leaders register for the conference.

Photography and Recording

Registration and attendance at or participation in NCSHA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NCSHA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image in photographs or video recordings. Recording (audio or video) of sessions and events is not permitted. Contact NCSHA’s Director of Marketing and Communications if you have questions about this policy.

Data Sharing Policy

In compliance with GDPR regulations, we respect the privacy of our event registrants. NCSHA does not sell registrant data, nor do we authorize any third parties to do so. If you are contacted by a third party offering registrant data or lists for purchase, please disregard the communication, as it is not affiliated with NCSHA.

To support our conference partners, we may share registrants’ business mailing and email addresses with sponsoring organizations. By registering for this conference, you consent to NCSHA sharing this information with sponsors at our discretion.
