We are excited to open up the 2026 FCC Conference for sponsorship and exhibit opportunities.  Put your organization out front and top of mind with hundreds of Professionals and Decision Makers in the Florida Community Based Care - Child Welfare System with a highly visible sponsorships.

Our live Expo will be hopping with activity both days of the conference, and exhibitor spaces are available for your organization to showcase goods or services.

*Some of the sponsorships include booth space and/or complimentary registrations.

2026 FCC Conference Vendor/Sponsor Virtual Expo - This is an option available to all sponsors and exhibitors.

The Virtual Expo will be available on the conference app to all attendees, offering them the opportunity to become more familiar with your organization.

• Attendees will have access to information such as services,  physical locations, ways to contact your organization, product pricing, social media pages, and web addresses..all in your virtual portal.

• Your virtual portal can contain videos, photos, and links and will be available throughout the event and after the event for 60 days.

• You are in control!  You set the booth hours, exhibitor chat functions, and even set up video conferencing with attendees.

• Upon request after the event, we can provide digital statistics on how many visited your virtual booth, how many clicked on your banner, and how many visited your social pages and websites.  The more information you provide in your virtual booth portal, the more options your attendees will have to reach out to you .

• An administrator from your organization will have access to the back end of your virtual booth portal and can add and revise content, add and revise staff, and set up any Q&A, chat or video sessions.

Lead Capture

Lead Capture adds to the virtual booth experience by allowing leads to be collected through the Lead Capture App, which will gather information from your booth visitors by scanning a business card collecting input from booth staff or feedback from visitor interactions with virtual booth elements.  For more Lead Capture information contact us at: Conference@flchildren.org.
