Nemacolin, in Farmington, Pennsylvania is the site for this year's annual Planning Conference
which is approximately a 3 hour drive from the metropolitan area.

The conference will begin on Thursday, 17 September and conclude on Saturday, 19 September.
You may choose to arrive Wednesday* and depart on Saturday or arrive Thursday and depart on Sunday*. We will also accommodate conferees for four nights – arriving Wednesday* and departing on Sunday* – should you wish to stay longer.
Normal check-in time is 4 pm, early arrivals will be accommodated as rooms become available.

A summary of the principal scheduled events during the conference is as follows (times subject to change):

Thursday, 17 September

  • Golf Tournament beginning at 8:30 am                               
  • Blast and Cast beginning at 9 am
  • Iron Chef Cooking Experience, time: TBD (estimated late morning)
  • Welcome reception/dinner beginning at 6:30 pm

Friday, 18 September

  • Business session all day                                         
  • Buffet dinner                                           
  • Evening free

Saturday, 19 September

  • Board Meeting 9:30 am
  • Afternoon and evening free

*If you choose to arrive on Wednesday, dinner is on your own.
If you choose to stay until Sunday, breakfast/brunch is on your own (resort check-out is 11 am).

Appointments for activities not sponsored by Navy Federal (e.g. individual spa appointments) can be made after 1 August.

Please register no later than 15 July. Navy Federal Credit Union is contractually committed to Nemacolin for rooms and meals booked for the Planning Conference. If your plans change after submission of this registration form, please notify the Board Relations Team as soon as possible.

Navy Federal does not cover expenses for children. Children should not attend Navy Federal sponsored events or sessions. Attendees bringing children to the resort will be responsible for their expenses. 

The costs for Navy Federal-sponsored events, which include the golf tournament, blast and cast and the Iron Chef cooking experience on Thursday, 17 September, will be covered by Navy Federal. Conferees and spouses may select one of the Navy Federal-sponsored events. The cost of any additional resort activities will be the responsibility of conferees.
