Payment information

Group Discount:                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Groups of four or more participants (which we highly encourage!) are eligible for a 5% discount. To receive the discount, all group members must be registered together in a single transaction. Registrations submitted separately will be charged at the full rate.

Forms of Payment:                                                                                                                                                                                                              We accept credit cards, checks, EFTs, and purchase orders.

Payments:                                                                                                                                                                                                                               To maintain your registration, full payment must be received by Friday, September 18, 2026. Registrations without payment by this deadline may be placed on hold or canceled.

Purchase Orders (POs)                                                                                                                                                                                                      All purchase orders must be submitted within two weeks of initial registration. POs or payments not received by September 18, 2026, will result in cancellation of the registration and will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $75.00.

Cancellations:                                                                                                                                                                                                      Registrations may be canceled through Friday, September 18, 2026. All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to nccs@childrensaidnyc.org.

No Shows:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Participants who do not cancel by the September 18, 2026, deadline and do not attend the conference remain financially responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
