Arrival & Departure Information

It is recommended that participants attending the Fundamentals Conference arrive on Sunday, October 18, 2026, to ensure timely participation in conference activities beginning the following day.

Optional School Visits will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. If you plan to participate, please schedule your departure for the late afternoon or evening (4 pm or later).

• School visits are expected to conclude by 1:00 PM (ET)
• Return times may vary depending on traffic and travel conditions

We encourage attendees to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free departure.
