This year’s theme, “Grassroots to Podium: It Starts With Us,” celebrates the full coaching journey! From swim lessons and age group foundations to senior development and international success. Every breakthrough in our sport begins with a coach willing to learn, reflect, and grow. That coach is you.

From game-changing ideas and hands-on demonstrations to meaningful conversations and professional connections, the 2026 World Clinic is designed to help you sharpen your craft and strengthen your impact. 

Whether you're a swim teacher, age group coach, senior coach, new assistant, or club leader, this is your chance to connect the dots between daily work on deck and long-term athlete success, from grassroots to podium.   

What to expect in 2026? 

• Facilitated Discussion Groups - Join structured follow-up discussions after select talks to connect with other coaches, exchange ideas, and continue shaping your coaching voice and philosophy. 
• Robust Age Group Track - An even stronger age group track with practical tools, drills, sets, progressions, and practical takeaways you can bring straight back to your team on Monday. 
• Endless Pool Teaching in Action - More in-water demos across all strokes and age groups. 
• 30-Minute Deep-Dive Talks - Additional short-format sessions focused on specific topics and interests to bring a broader mix of specialties, tracks, and coaching conversations.

Must be an ASCA member to attend. Membership must be purchased during registration.
