The SPONSOR SHOWCASE has been reimagined to foster quality engagement between Sponsors and Members during both Flash Networking Sessions throughout the agenda as well as a two-hour, dedicated Sponsor Showcase Reception on the evening of January 20, 2026.
How does the Sponsor Portal work?
- After receiving a sponsor administrator email, sponsors log into the portal, upload company assets, and create a profile
- Attendees are able to view profiles and get insight into the company website, mission statement, etc
- During flash networking or during sponsor showcase, attendees and sponsors can connect, exchange contact information, and set up future meetings during the event through the portal
- Attendees and sponsors are able to quickly and seamlessly communicate and schedule meetings from the event app
- Attendees and sponsors will have access to the communications and information gathered at the event through the portal and can continue to make meaningful connections after the showcase has ended
