This micro credential course, based on Vince Bustamante's The Mentor's Guidebook, is designed to equip mentors with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies needed to effectively support and develop new educators. Through seven comprehensive modules, participants will explore the essential roles of a mentor, build communication and coaching skills, learn to foster reflective practice, provide meaningful feedback, and cultivate trusting, collaborative relationships.
