Course Description
This three-hour lecture provides a comprehensive overview of CEREC CAD/CAM technology from Dentsply Sirona. We’ll cover clinical indications and utilization for inlays, onlays, single-unit crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. You’ll also learn about the various materials available and clinical applications. The session is designed for general dentists looking to integrate or expand their use of chairside CAD/CAM in practice.
Course Objectives:
- Identify appropriate clinical indications for CEREC restorations including inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and implant-supported prostheses
- How to optimize digital workflow from image capture through design and milling
- Select suitable materials based on esthetic and functional requirements while understanding their properties and limitations
