Higher Education Legal Managers

We are excited to announce that the 2026 Higher Education Legal Managers (HELM) annual professional conference will be hosted by The University of North Texas System Office of General Counsel. If your role involves supporting your university’s administrative legal operations, this conference offers exceptional networking and learning opportunities with other higher education legal professionals from public and private universities across the country to share best practices, exchange ideas, having round table discussions. I joined HELM in 2021, and the connections and insights I’ve gained have been invaluable in elevating Legal Operations at my institution.  I now have colleagues—true “friends”—across the country I can reach out to when I’m tackling a tricky problem or navigating a new challenge. The conference has also provided practical topics to develop a strong office through recruiting and proper budgeting as well as change management when things need to change. Each year, I leave with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a clearer perspective. 

Registration for this very interactive event is $375.00 (early bird special until July 31st).  Registration after July 31st is $425.00. Non-refundable registration.
