PAYMENT OPTIONS (prior to the event):

• Mail – with check prior to the event (payable to Maintenance Superintendents Association, PO Box 1088, Wildomar, CA 92595).

Please note that registrations and payments must be made in advance of the meeting.  We will not be taking payments at the door.  Cancellation fee applies after Oct 30, 2026.

BOARD ELECTIONS & NOMINATIONS:

The nomination period for the 2027 Board positions is from Oct 1 - 15, 2026 (submit nominations here).  The open positions are:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Municipal Director (2-year term)
• 1st Year Vendor Representative (2-year term)
• Vendor Director (2-year term)

Nominees must be members in good standing with current dues. (Bylaws Article III, Sec. 1)

No more than one Vendor Member may serve as an Executive Committee officer (President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer) at any given time. (Bylaws Article III, Sec. 5)

Nominations received electronically will be forwarded to the Nominating Committee, and nominations from the floor will still be accepted at the November meeting. (Bylaws Article III, Sec. 7)

The election will be held at the November general membership meeting, and formal notice of that meeting will go out at least two weeks in advance. (Bylaws Article III, Sec. 2; Article V, Sec. 2).

Election results will be communicated after the meeting/election.
