Practice Modalities: Networking + Career Pathways for All Dentists is a free, in-person informational workshop hosted by St. Joseph's University Hospital in collaboration with the NJDA. The series is designed specifically for dental students, residents, and early-career and seasoned dentists looking to explore career pathways.
The presentation will cover a broad range of career pathways, including solo private practice, small group practice, public health, faculty and academic careers, military service, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). Content focuses on practical, early-career decision-making topics such as organizational structure, compensation models, career mobility, and work-life balance.
Programs also include dinner and a presence by NJDA to share membership value, available resources, and guidance aligned with the NJDA Early Career Road Map.

You’ll be asked for $25 to hold your spot and, as always, NJDA members, Dental Residents, and Dental Students will be refunded the next day following participation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $15 administrative fee will be deducted from each refund issued. Please note this does not pertain to registration modifications. Attendees who cancel a virtual course must do so at least 7 days prior to the course date to receive a refund. Attendees who cancel an in-person course must do so at least 14 days prior to the course date to receive a refund. Please allow two weeks after the conclusion of any program for refund processing. Refunds cannot be issued for online training courses such as Basic Life Support as NJDA incurs costs once a training link has been issued.
The New Jersey Dental Association retains the right to cancel any program, event, or course for any reason at its sole discretion.
