Cvent MRF to event creation guide

• This link will be used by Requesters to fill out event information
• As soon as this will be  submitted, a shell event gets created with all the event information filled in the form.
• Once the request is submitted, a notification goes out to your shared inbox with a link to the shell event and the submitted request.

Alternatively, you can either search for the Event Title in the search bar to find the shell event OR you could find the ‘Meetings” tab at the centre top and click on ‘Meeting Requests” to find the request and access the shell event from the 'Links' tab as indicated in the screenshots below.

Search for the Event title in the universal search bar to find the shell Event or the meeting request (Image 1)

Hover over meetings tab and click on Meeting requests to find all the requests (Image 2)

Once you are on the request., You can click edit to make any changes to the request.(Image 3)

Click on the links tab and you would find the shell event under 'Associated Event tab' (Image 4)
