LEAD Academy is an intensive twelve module training program that provides recently hired, newly appointed, or previously untrained healthcare leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to better understand and utilize their strengths. This program is specifically designed for healthcare supervisors and managers, and it is based on the fundamental principle that effective leadership requires productive relationships to support excellence in patient care, sustainable business objectives, and a safe patient environment.
