The National Peer Program Conference is a time for educators, school administrators, school counselors, and those alike to come together for a few days of professional development, learning, and relaxation. This conference focuses on improving  K-12 school climate and culture. We have a blended agenda with sessions on student mental health & behaviors and peer-to-peer early intervention and support. This 1.5 day conference is held on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama on the Gulf of Mexico. When you wrap up a day of learning you'll get to hit the beach or the pool for a time of rejuvenation.

NUTURE meaningful connections and a culture of care, empowering educators and student leaders to build compassionate, student-centered communities where every voice is valued.

EDUCATE through dynamic sessions and powerful storytelling, equipping participants with transformative tools, fresh perspectives, and practical strategies to strengthen peer programs and support youth mental health.

REJUVENATE in an inspiring environment that allows attendees to step away, reconnect with their purpose, and return re-energized, refocused, and ready to make a lasting impact.
