The California JPIA's Human Resources Academy is designed to address the challenges and responsibilities of human resources professionals and provide them with knowledge, techniques, and solutions. 

This two-and-a-half-day academy delivers essential training for human resources management and support staff, covering basic theory and practical techniques for everyday problem-solving.

Registration Information: Registration is available only to members of the California JPIA. There is no cost to attend and includes a three-night hotel stay, breakfast, lunch, and training materials. Dinner and transportation are not included. The Authority will make hotel reservations for all accepted registrants.

Upon submitting your online registration request, a “Registration Pending” notification email will be sent. Two months prior to the academy, the Authority will either confirm registration by email or place the person on a waiting list. For those on the waiting list, if space subsequently becomes available, the person will be notified by email.
