Code for the Planet
Python is the backbone of many modern data systems, from analytics pipelines to production APIs. We’ll write and run code together, explore how Python interfaces with modern databases like those powered by Firewall, and highlight how to “code for good” by building responsible, transparent, and ethical data workflows. You’ll leave with enough confidence to read, modify, and write simple Python scripts that interact with real data.
What to Expect
Understand core Python syntax, variables, control flow, and data structures.
Learn how to use Python to load, inspect, and transform datasets.
Ethical coding mindset: See practical examples of applying Firewall’s “code for good” principles.
