Terms and Conditions

By registering, I am confirming that I agree with and accept all policies listed on the conference website and this registration webpage, including the refund policy.

1. The Trust and Safety Research Conference is committed to making events accessible to everyone. If I require an accommodation or service to fully participate, I will contact tsrconference@stanford.edu at least 30 days prior to the event.

This event is considered on the record but no official recording (audio or video) will be created.

The email provided will be used to communicate about all conference updates, including agendas and arrival information. Please make sure you have provided an email that you have access to.

2. To request a refund less a $50 refund fee per attendee, I will forward my registration payment receipt email to tsrconference@stanford.edu by August 31, 2026.

3. I accept and agree that no exceptions are allowed for missed deadlines, fee waivers, sending refund request emails to another email address, registration fee credit toward a future conference, etc., regardless of the reasons and timing. Communication is via email only.

4. My registration and payment are confirmed only if a receipt email from tsrconference@stanford.edu with the subject line “Registration Confirmed - Trust and Safety Research Conference 2026" is sent to the email address I provided online.
