Palmetto GBA will host the Part A Navigating the Direct Data Entry (DDE) System Webinar on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, at 11 a.m. ET. 

Knowing where to find the information you need can answer many of the questions you have about Medicare. This webinar will show you how to navigate the DDE system to check beneficiary eligibility, submit claims, check claim status, research revenue codes and view online reports. 

The webinar will include instructions, screen illustrations and field descriptions on how to correct claims that are in the Return to Provider (RTP) file, and how to adjust or cancel finalized claims. Valuable references and resources will be offered, along with a question-and-answer period as time allows.
