Please note: Spouses/significant others only - no colleagues or business associates. They must be registered in advance and have a badge to attend. The badge provides access to the Welcome Reception only and does not include access to sessions, breakfasts, lunches, or other activities.

Dietary Restriction Information

Hotel will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. These requests can typically be accommodated from the existing buffets and food stations. Menu items on buffets and food stations will be labeled with common allergens. Should you need additional assistance one of the servers can assist you with concerns.

Terms and Conditions

Names, Titles, Organization and Email Addresses: By providing your email address as part of the NACUSO Reimagine registration process, you understand for purposes of networking, NACUSO plans to share an attendee list of names, titles, organizations, and email addresses to our event sponsors. Email addresses will also be used to circulate event logistics and any last-minute announcements as well as the future marketing of NACUSO events and updates. 

Photography/Videotaping: NACUSO may be photographing, videotaping, audio taping or webcasting sessions and events. By registering for the NACUSO Reimagine conference, attendees acknowledge this and agree to allow their image to be used by NACUSO on NACUSO’s website and/or in marketing and promotional materials, without compensation.

Conference Registration Refund Policy: Conference registrations cancelled by February 28, 2027 will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. Refunds are not available for cancellation requests after February 28, 2027. 'No Shows' will be deemed a cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Golf Refund Policy: Golf cancellations received by February 28, 2027 will be refunded in full. Refunds are not available for cancellation requests after February 28, 2027. ‘No Shows' will be deemed a cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions for conference or golf registrations can be made at any time up to the event start date.

Cancellations or registration changes must be done through NACUSO’s registration site and/or by emailing Events@nacuso.org or Rina@nacuso.org. You may also call the NACUSO office at (616) 209-8847.
