• $500 Per Organization/Company

Includes one 8-foot tabletop exhibit space, two complimentary admissions, recognition, and a 10-minute presentation slot.

• $350 Per Organization/Company

Includes one 8-foot tabletop exhibit space, two complimentary admissions, and recognition in meeting materials and social media posts.

• $250 Per Organization/Company

Includes one 8-foot tabletop exhibit space and recognition in meeting materials and social media posts.

• $100 Per Organization/Company

Includes recognition in meeting materials and social media posts.

Meal Sponsor

• Price to be determined based on the number of registrants.

Provides lunch for all attendees and receives one 8-foot exhibit table and recognition during the workshop.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
