Overview

This training prepares forensic nurses and allied professionals to communicate effectively, testify with confidence, and understand their role throughout the legal process. Participants will explore case progression from assessment through adjudication while developing skills in testimony preparation, courtroom communication, documentation, and direct and cross-examination techniques. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, attendees will strengthen their ability to present objective clinical information with clarity, credibility, and professionalism.
