This session will give attendees the general context around manufacturing operations and the principles which underpin its improvement such as Lean, TPM and Six Sigma. We will then expand on each principle in more detail giving delegates a greater understanding of when to apply them and give a focus not just on making an improvement but also sustaining it. The workshop sessions will consist of a blend of presentation, discussion, and hands-on activity depending on numbers in attendance. The session will be held in the concourse suite 33 at the NEC Birmingham. Refreshments will be available in concourse suite 33 from 9:45am
