Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Workshop - Spring 2026
This short course provides an introduction to Lean Six Sigma. The history of Lean Six Sigma is discussed. The DMAIC process is introduced. Various tools used in Lean Six Sigma projects are introduced. A Lean Six Sigma case study is used to illustrate the execution of a Lean Six Sigma project. Organization-wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma, selection of Lean Six Sigma projects, formation of teams, project management, and Lean Six Sigma certification are discussed. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
