ONLINE Auckland Branch Event: Tuesday, December 7, 2021

Does this sound familiar?  It is!  This will be re-boot of the recent event held in Christchurch in an online format, available to our colleagues across NZ and beyond.

The Contaminated Land Management Guidelines (CLMG) 1 & 5 have recently been updated by Ministry for the Environment. The changes have a  significant impact on the way practitioners report on and investigate sites, which ultimately requires a change in approach to the way reports are reviewed by the regulator.

This event seeks to highlight the major changes to CLMG 1 & 5 and provide key insights from several perspectives including regulators, practitioners and industry.

The presentations will be followed by a question and answer session with a panel of industry representatives, including the two speakers, Michelle Begbie (Waikato Regional Council) and James Mitchell (Ministry for the Environment).
