Course Description
This 2-Day course provides a practical overview of key gas processing systems used in oil and gas facilities. Designed for operations support personnel and design engineers the course focuses on the operation, troubleshooting, optimization, and design flexibility of dehydration, refrigeration, pumping, and fractionation systems throughout the full life cycle of a facility, including turndown conditions.
Topics include TEG glycol dehydration systems, absorption systems, pumping systems, mechanical refrigeration, economizers, JT cooling, turboexpanders, and fractionation systems. Through practical examples and real-world operating scenarios, participants will gain valuable insight into improving system reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
